Self Catering Accommodations
Self catering lodgings offer flexibility and freedom of choice, making them the ideal holiday accommodation, the “home away from home”; they are also a good option for those with special dietary needs, for fussy eaters, travelers on a budget and families.
All self catering accommodations, advertised on our web sites, are fully furnished, while cleaning, linen, towels, electricity and water are included in the daily or weekly price. More amenities and facilities from the above are also included in some accommodations, depending on their type and price. Also, most owners would offer a pickup from the harbor.
Our hosts like to offer a number of extra services including fridge fills, welcome baskets, flower arrangements, maid service, babysitting service and special requests. Please just ask your host!
Private Kitchen Facilities
In order to be featured, all self catering accommodations include private kitchen facilities and are supplied with household equipment such as cutlery and crockery. So you can make your own breakfasts and meals, and eat in whenever you like.
In addition, the town’s souvlaki and pizza shops would deliver right to your door, at no extra charge, freshly made take-out food and most of local taverns offer their food in a take-away package.
In other words, you may have any local specialty –from moussaka to stuffed tomatoes and from kebab to grilled chicken– to your rental accommodation and enjoy it at your leisure, together with a bottle of good wine from the local super market.
Rental Rates & Cancellation Policy
Price includes the whole property (apartment or studio) and all its facilities per night, for the stated number of persons respectively.

We strongly urge you to take out holiday/travel insurance, which will cover most likely causes of cancellation.
If you cancel a booking for any reason, we ask that you notify the owners by e-mail or in writing as soon as possible.
About "Kitchenettes"
Usually in budget accommodations or smaller studios, some kitchens offer basic cooking facilities, enough for preparing breakfasts, salads and light meals. We call them “kitchenettes” to clearly distinguish them from the “fully equipped” ones.
These kitchenettes are in the same space as the room, and consist of small refrigerator, electric hotplate with two rings (sometimes it may be a mini oven), extractor fan, and small counter-top with sink and cupboards below it.
We ask owners to supply them with some extras to facilitate your stay, such as kettle, salt and pepper, dish-washing liquid, etc.
