Athens → Skopelos

By road and sea, with bus and Flying Dolphin; a very interesting trip through mainland Greece and the Aegean Sea...

For passengers travelling to Sporades islands from Athens (embarkation port Agios Konstantinos), bus service is available, fully corresponding to departures of the Flying Dolphins. A special tourist bus departs from the JETATOURS office which is located 450 metres easy walk from the Syntagma Metro Station, or 250 metres from the Zappio Tram Station.

Flying Dolphins are for foot passengers only and a fast way to travel to and from Skopelos. Journey is usually half time than that of the ferry boats. Flying Dolphins are non-smoking throughout, and there are WC facilities on board. Children aged 6 – 10 years inclusive travel at 50%  discount, whilst children up to age 5 years travel free of charge.

In JETATOURS office – that works exclusively with the “AEGEAN FLYING DOLPHINS” maritime company – they would reserve a ticket for you, and you have to collect it half an hour before departure. The bus departs approximately 3.5 – 4 hours prior to departures of the Flying Dolphin. Places should be reserved at the same time as making dolphin ticket reservations. There is usually a stop en route for drinks/snacks.
