The Patio: A traditional cobbled street takes you down to the front patio of the house, paved with cool white marble and fenced with low stone walls. Half of the patio is covered with beautiful wooden ceiling with exposed chestnut beams, being ideal for outdoor dining. The uncovered part is ideal for sunbathing and has two sun-loungers. The captivating views to the sea and the surrounding area are totally uninterrupted.
Living/Kitchen/Dining: Entering into the open plan living area, you immediately sense that the house is not just a rental accommodation but also a lovingly decorated home, with white marble floors, wooden ceiling with exposed chestnut beams, well maintained stone walls and custom made fireplace in a corner. The sofa can be converted into a bed for a 5th person if required. The fully fitted kitchen has all the conveniences plus a dishwasher. The handcrafted staircase –made with extreme care from hard wood– is a beautiful piece of art.
Full Bathroom: Very stylish, the mosaic-marble bathroom comprises full size bathtub with shower facility, basin, toilet and clothes washing machine. The window (with mosquito net) allows good ventilation and plenty of daylight.
