- Direct bookings are welcome by us. Please, fill in the “Request Form”.
- Main House together with Guest Suite accommodate up to 8 guests. Every guest after 4 is an extra €10 per night per guest.
- Main House only accommodates up to 5 guests, while Guest Suite remains closed. Every guest after 2 is an extra €10 per night per guest.
- For monthly rentals there is a 10% discount.
MORE INFO ON RENTAL RATES
- Prices on first column refer to group of guests interested in occupying both accommodations – main house and guest suite.
- Prices on second column refer to guests interested in renting only the main house, while guest suite will remain closed.
- Linens and bath towels are provided and are changed every week (7 days); please bring your own beach towels.
- Pets are allowed only at the approval of owner; please contact owner with species and size of your pet for approval.
- Any damages to the property during duration of stay is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests are personally greeted at the port upon arrival and escorted to the property.
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
- Please fill out a reservation request form.
- In order to confirm your booking a 30% deposit is requested; the owner will contact you with this information and the time allowance for the transfer to be made.
- If the owner has not received your deposit within the allotted time the owner reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
- The remaining amount will be due in cash upon guests arrival.
- For cancellations, please contact the owner as soon as possible.
- Any cancellation made 21 days prior to the date of arrival is subject to full refund of the deposit. Any cancellation made within 21 days of the arrival date are not subject for a refund of the deposit. Any cancellation made during the duration of the stay are obligated to pay 50% of the total cost for original reservation (some exceptions may apply).
