A gourmet specialty served in the hotel’s buffet breakfast is the local white cheese from goat’s milk, traditionally made by shepherds of the island. Local goat’s milk cheese isn’t available at the supermarkets, and comes in a very specific flavor and “goaty” taste which, either you appreciate and love it or not.
