- Price is per entire unit, per night, for stated number of guests respectively; it includes bed linen and towels, all described amenties, VAT and all taxes.
- Minimum stay is 4 nights.
- For longer stays and if the guest wants cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels, the charge is € 30 per service.

- Upon receipt of your booking form they will send you a prompt answer via email and would make a preliminary reservation for four (4) days. Confirm your flight reservation and inform them via email.
- In order to hold your reservation, owner will need to receive your 50% deposit by Bank Transfer.
- Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive confirmation of your booking and travel details with time tables of hydrofoils, etc. via email.
