Additional information about rental rates
- Price includes the whole cottage and all its facilities, per night, for 2, 3 or 4 persons respectively.
- Arrival transfer, water and electricity are included in price.
- Bed linen and bath towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels. House cleaning and towel change every 3-4 days; change of linen every 7 days.
- You will be met at the hydrofoil port by the owners. They will take you to your accommodation, show you how things work and handle the keys. They can also help you to arrange your departure transfer.
- Price does not include the cost of travel, holiday cancellation or insurance, which you will need to arrange yourself.
- Please check the availability calendar before submitting the Booking/Request Form.
- Upon receipt of your form, owners will send you a prompt reply by email and they would make a preliminary reservation for seven days.
- Confirm your flight reservation and inform them by email.
- In order to hold your reservation, they will need to receive your deposit which covers 30% of your charge. You may transfer this money to their bank account, details of which they will send you by email.
- Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive confirmation of your booking and travel details with time tables of hydrofoils, etc. by email. They would send a written and signed certification for the reservation of the house, if client requests so.
- Balance of invoice is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to holiday, full payment is required.
- We strongly urge you to take out holiday/travel insurance, which will cover most likely causes of cancellation.
- If you cancel a booking for any reason, we ask that you notify the owners by e-mail or in writing as soon as possible.
- Refunds (less € 50 administration fee) cannot normally be made, unless at least 2 months notice is given and the booking is re-let.
- In the event of non-payment of the balance, owners reserve the right to cancel your booking.
