The area of Stafylos is know for its history of wine productions. Many neighboring properties are lined with vineyards. There are many amenities near the house including a grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, hiking trails, churches and the beautiful Stafylos beach, all within 2 km of the house.\u00a0A motorized means of transportation is recommended. There is a bus stop a short 2 minute walk from the property.
