Please, send an email or fill out a Request Form to check availability, and Nina will send you a prompt reply. To confirm your reservation 30% of the total price will need to be transferred to the National Bank of Greece, Skopelos Branch 471, Swift No ETHNGRAA. She will send you the number of the account via personal email. The remaining amount is due upon arrival in cash.

Booking Conditions

• Bookings normally run from 16.00” on arrival day to 11.00” on departure morning.
• Nina may store your luggage, while you enjoy your time waiting for the ferry.
• Well-behaved pets would be accepted, at the client’s request; please inform Nina before your booking.
• The apartment may be booked for a minimum of 3 nights.
• The apartment is partially accessible to people with limited mobility; please clarify the accessibility before your booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation made 21 days prior to the date of arrival is subject to full refund of the deposit.
• Any cancellation made within 21 days of the arrival date are not subject for a refund of the deposit.
• Any cancellation made during the duration of the stay are obligated to pay 50% of the total cost for original reservation (some exceptions may apply).
