Additional information about rental rates

  • Price includes the whole villa and all its facilities, per night, for 6 persons occupancy.
  • The convertible sofa in lounge may sleep 1 extra guest, at €20 per night.
  • Baby cot available at no extra charge.
  • Arrival transfer, water and electricity are included in price.
  • Bed linen and bath towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels.
  • House cleaning and towel change every 3-4 days; change of linen every 7 days.
  • As a private residence according to the “Short-Term Stay Property Registry” of the current Greek legislation, the owner accepts payments by bank transfer.
  • The price does not include the cost of holiday cancellation or insurance, which guests must arrange themselves.

Verification

Bookings & Conditions

Please check availability before submitting the booking form.

Upon receipt of your form, owners will send you a prompt reply via email and they would make a preliminary reservation for seven days.

Confirm your flight reservation and inform them via email.

In order to hold your reservation, they will need to receive your deposit which covers 30% of your charge. Bank transfers may be sent in € euro to the National Bank of Greece, Skopelos Branch 471, Swift No ETHNGRAA; owners will send you the number of their account via email.

Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive confirmation of your booking and travel details with time tables of hydrofoils, etc. via email.

They would send a written and signed certification for the reservation of the house, if client requests so.

Balance of invoice is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to holiday, full payment is required.

You will be met at the hydrofoil port by the owners. They will take you to your accommodation, show you how things work and handle the keys.

Cancellations

We strongly urge you to take out holiday/travel insurance, which will cover most likely causes of cancellation.

If you cancel a booking for any reason, we ask that you notify the owners by e-mail or in writing as soon as possible.

Refunds (less €50 administration fee) cannot normally be made, unless at least 2 months notice is given and the booking is re-let.

In the event of non-payment of the balance, owners reserve the right to cancel your booking.
