The above prices include:

The described accommodations (with the corresponding capacity of beds) and their facilities, per night. Taxes, Electricity, Water, Bed Linen & Towels, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Air-Conditioning, Free Parking Space for one vechicle per accommodation.

Booking Conditions

• The apartment may be booked for a minimum of 5 nights.
• The studios may be booked for a minimum of 3 nights.
• Bookings normally run from 16.00” on arrival day to 11.00” on departure morning, when you will need to vacate the property so they can get them ready for the next guests.
• Nina may store your luggage, while you enjoy your time waiting for the ferry.
• Well-behaved pets would be accepted, at the client’s request; please inform Nina before your booking.
• The apartment is partially accessible to people with limited mobility; please clarify the accessibility before your booking.

Bookings

Please, send an email or fill out a Request Form to check availability, and Nina will send you a prompt reply. To confirm your reservation 30% of the total price will need to be transferred to the National Bank of Greece, Skopelos Branch 471, Swift No ETHNGRAA. She will send you the number of the account via personal email. The remaining amount is due upon arrival in cash.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made 21 days prior to the date of arrival is subject to full refund of the deposit. Any cancellation made within 21 days of the arrival date are not subject for a refund of the deposit. Any cancellation made during the duration of the stay are obligated to pay 50% of the total cost for original reservation (some exceptions may apply).

Travel Insurance

We advise all guests to purchase travel insurance, which is generally inexpensive, but can really save a lot of emotional distress if an unforeseen event occurs. We recommend your travel insurance will cover you for airline flight and accommodation cancellation. We also recommend you are covered for accident, illness and medical evacuation.
