This spacious apartment, boasting wonderful views of the harbor and the rooftops of the town, occupies the entire upper floor of Aquamarine House. The care is evident upon entering the house and the traditional touches add to the wonderful atmosphere that this Skopelitian home offers. The great – although unusual – design makes it perfect for families or couples and the spacious rooms are comfortable for up to 5 guests. The house consists of two separate bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, small toilet, spacious living room and kitchen with dining area. Α private parking space is just outside the door, while the access from street level is only one step up.

The entarnce to the house is into open plan living area with kitchen and dining. The very spacious fully equipped kitchen enjoys fabulous views from the window, through the sitting room and down to the harbour, and offers full-size cooker (only cooking rings), microwave oven and family size fridge with freezer. Other added conveniences are a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster. This light and airy space is perfect for preparing holiday meals and it has a large dining table centering the room. A handcrafted Skopelitian couch, traditional local decoratives from the past and a small TV are in the same area. The back door from the kitchen allows for a cross breeze, and just outside it there is a hanger for drying clothes.
Sitting Room
Certainly the over sized sitting room of the apartment is one of its best features. This huge and comfortable space runs the entire length of the property and is where relaxing time will be spent. The most amazing views over the roofs of the village continuing down to the harbor will be enjoyed from this wonderful area. There is a full size 3-seat convertible sofa. Plenty of windows can be kept open or closed depending on the weather, so even during early and late season the space can be enjoyed in comfort. This area, with its fabulous views, will make it hard to resist staying in instead of going out.

Master Bedroom: Situated off the hallway from living area, the master bedroom is fully furnished with wardrobe, vanity with mirror and comfortable double bed. It offers French doors leading out to the covered terrace.
Second Bedroom: It is found at the back of the apartment, off the dressing area. Furnished with comfortable twin beds and wardrobe, this room has only one window here for extra light, through the master bedroom.
Dressing area & Bathroom: The unusual design of the dressing room is equipped with two separate toilets and a large open area with sink and mirror. In the larger of the two wc rooms is the shower room.
