Living Room: This light and airy room is comfortably furnished with a soft 2-seat sofa, reading armchair, TV and traditional hand-carved island couch. Along an entire wall, there are French windows which open to let the sea breezes in, and offer spectacular views of the harbor below. An open pass-through bar separates the kitchen/dining from the living room area and makes serving drinks and food convenient.

Kitchen and Dining: The spacious kitchen of the house is fully equipped with full-size electric cooker with oven, large fridge with freezer and microwave oven. Other added conveniences are a filter coffee machine and an electric kettle. Across a small breakfast bar is a dining table with comfortable seating for indoor meals. Also, the kitchen is conveniently located near the door to the patio for easy serving of outdoor meals.

Patio and Garden: The private patio, at the entrance to the house, has a beautiful shrine and plenty of space for sunning and enjoying the lovely views to the harbor. A private garden, with plants and fruit trees, is located few steps below the house and runs the entire length of the property. The house is reached from the ring road of the town through a gated entrance which takes you down the stairs to the patio.

Master Bedroom: A comfortable room, decorated in ochre shades, which offers fantastic views to the sea below from the full wall of French windows. It is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers with mirror and a small traditional couch, which adds to the romantic atmosphere. There is also a built-in wardrobe and it is en-suite to the main bathroom. Iron and ironing board are available.

Second Bedroom: This room is accessed through a private hallway – off the living room – and there is a door that closes to give privacy to this area of the house. The room has two single beds (which can be joined at the client’s request) and window facing out to the patio with potted plants and a beautiful shrine. The main bathroom is also accessed from the hallway.

Bathroom and Toilet: The modern, spacious and fully tiled bathroom has basin, w/c, a large corner bathtub with shower and clothes washing machine. It is conveniently located directly off of the master bedroom and down a private hall from the 2nd bedroom; a “Jack and Jill” type of bathroom with two doors, accessible from master bedroom and private hallway of second bedroom. A second small toilet/wc is off the living room.
